Thanks for dissecting. About distributors: my Mom used to say “a man who speaks out of both sides of his mouth utters nonsense”. Seems apt for distributors comparing their marketing verbose versus court filings….
At the end of the day, we should all be working together to grow our industry, not infight to try and protect one channel over another. While this nonsense continues, new and innovative competing products are coming to market and they are reducing our overall customer base. It is time for a change and a collaborative environment amongst all channels is needed to do that.
