The waste of tax dollars, the net negative income, the building unnecessary road blocks etc. etc. continue to amaze me. Giving consumers choice, collecting more tax dollars should be the priority, not protecting your buddies business. The State has rules, age verify the buyer, licensed shippers, payment of taxes, limit quantities the consumer can buy (very questionable reasoning on this one), have an over 21 sticker on the shipping box, and even your license number on the shipping label. Okay rules I suppose, but where items ship from, who affixes the label to the box, etc, etc, that the ABC work on to satisfy their wholesale masters is incredible. Dept should be investigated or even closed.

Calling out this kind of corruption or poor government is not a political issue. It is about sound business practices that are as fair as possible to all.

The Trump family has a mock winery open fo business with tours, gifts and over priced mediocre wine.

The Board, likely sensitive to pressure from the Trump family since they are not lawyers, should be investigated or brought to civil trial for this and other reasons of business conflicts and the legality of their moves.

I am not sure the legal pathway, but they certainly should be investigated as this cannot be good for the state or the residents. States should not be in the business of running commercial businesses like this anyway, they do not have the right motivations to run a business correctly.
